Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Brief


Our team is currently looking for an Admin Assistant who can effectively manage our databases, capture data accurately, and generate reports using Isentia - Media Monitoring software. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain the company's databases accurately and efficiently.


  • Capture data from various sources and input into the company's systems.


  • Generate reports using Isentia - Media Monitoring software and other reporting tools.


  • Conduct research on client companies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on their profiles.


  • Follow established processes and procedures, and maintain process documentation.


  • Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly


  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements


  • Coordinating and scheduling virtual meetings and events Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of data


  • Manage event invite send outs and RSVPs?


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant


  • Experience working with Australian clients is a plus


  • Experience in basic Social Media Management


  • Experience using CRM and project manamement tools


  • Familiarity with Isentia - Media Monitoring software or similar reporting tools.


  • Ability to conduct research on client companies and maintain up-to-date information.


  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.


  • Self-driven and proactive problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.


  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
