Parts Assistant [Malaysia]

 

Job Responsibilities: Propose monthly parts purchase order or inventory stocking list based on analysis of recent parts consumption Check parts availability and supply required parts to the technicians to ensure no delay in repair work Prepare documents to order the required parts in accordance to parts order list Prepare estimated cost of parts required for any repair jobs Receive stock and verify Delivery Note with PO in order to ensure accurate delivery Reports discrepancy of parts (i.e damaged, wrong, short supply) to manager and liaise with supplier for return or replacement Reports and update manager on price changes of parts Administrate related documentation for submission to Finance Department and for audit purpose or future reference as well Practice proper housekeeping and monitor the safety of parts storage Ensure compliance to parts policies and processes to minimize deviation in service levels, leakages and maintaining good customer service Performs any other duties that may be delegated from Manager from time to time.
