What will you do?
- Ensures the timely and effective routing of Marcom generated leads and opportunities
- Enters a variety of business related data into computer applications and verifies entries
- Requires basic understanding of data being entered to ensure accuracy of information
- Maintains and updates office files, including customer files and general correspondence files
- May perform routine clerical duties and/or special projects as requested
Who would be successful?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and/or Marketo
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Data Entry Personnel or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn new tools, software and processes
- Take direction, listen to needs of business managers, and interpret their needs to technical instructions
- Effective working on teams, within and outside of function
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to operate with a high level of professionalism and maturity with little supervision
- Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite.
