Executive Assistant (PR0839/22-23)
Duties:
The appointee is expected to (a) regularly communicate with postgraduate students, faculty members and colleagues on all kinds of update; (b) provide administrative support to the Department's programmes and projects; (c) serve as secretary of committees and meetings; (d) provide secretarial support to the Head of Department and coordinators; (e) collect, analyse and compile various data for statistical analysis and reports; (f) provide support to conferences, functions and activities; and (g) perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Applicants should possess a recognised first degree, with preferably two years of post-qualification work experience in tertiary institution or public organisation. Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Competency in computer software applications, basic statistics, and solid analytical skills are required. They should have the ability to work both independently and in a team as well as calmly under pressure.
Applicants are required to write a cover letter (in English) detailing how they meet the job requirements. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and a written test.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
