Responsibility:
1. Guarantee in-time releases of new components (PSW) and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements.
2. Implement Quality Category Requirements, drive lessons learned / read across through the Category.
3. Implementation and control of appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain.
4. Supplier release and technology release, supplier quality escalation management.
5. Identify quality gaps in supplier panel, drive and implement preferred supplier strategy.
6. Lead and manage supplier quality improvement programs.
7. Contribute to the supplier related quality report of the Category, regularly report to SQM Management.
8. Plan and drive process audits as planned and scheduled, secure implementation and compliance to IATF and VDA standards.
9. Review Lessons learned & read across implementation at supplier.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Familiar with ISO/TS16949 and VDA6.3 and application of quality methods & tools, it is better to have experience
about supplier quality management.
3. More than 5 years quality management experience or equivalent (eg: manufacture technology, industrial engineering…).
4. Be good oral/written English skill, good communication and presentation skill.
5. Knowledge of mechanical parts manufacture technologies, experience in the following technologies will be preferred:
Stamping, forging, sintered parts, casting/machining, turned parts, plastics over molding, rubber……….
6. Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time
7. To have knowledge about CQI processes (e.g. CQI 9,11,12,15…...)
