Test Engineer
Are you an experienced Testing Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity at a scale-up in the mobility industry? Join the eCom & Martech team within Lynk & Co. We are seeking a talented Testing Engineer with a minimum of three years of experience and the perseverance and intelligence to break our newly developed features. Ensuring a minimum risk when launching new products to our website.
The eCom & Martech team develops and maintains the customer experience touchpoints for Lynk & Co. These include the website, and CRM channels like mail and our in-car messaging application. The key objective is to grow conversion, sales and improve the service experience for our private customers. As Lynk & Co sells its mobility products only online, the e-Com & Martech teams and it members directly contribute to the brands’ success.
What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and define test strategies
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software applications and systems
Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure optimal system performance
Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in testing methodologies and tools
Provide accurate and timely test status reports to project stakeholders
What you should have
Minimum of three years of experience in software testing, preferably in the website and/or e-commerce teams
Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience in designing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems
Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
Solid understanding of agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
