Atlas Copco Vietnam is looking for a Credit Controller
Mission
As a Credit Controller, you will contribute to strengthening the credit and collection processes, including risk and exposure assessment. The function focus is to improve the overall
processes and always become more efficient in the way we do our job.
As a Credit Controller, you will assist the Business Controller (BC) and contribute to further strengthen the financial reporting, controlling and administrative structure.
Responsibilities
Credit control:
- Control full scope of credit process: review credit limit for new and current customers, daily clearing of collection, release orders for delivery…
- Issue and maintain credit policy SOP, communicate update of the policy to the customer.
- Maintain list of bad debts provision with BC
- Contact window with SAP overseas team and report on SAP
- Produce weekly and monthly aging report.
Account receivables:
- Collaborate with Sales divisions on analysis and follow-up of overdue and receivables.
- Provide solution to achieve good collection level.
- Clear customer payment and issue invoices.
- Follow dunning process.
- Calculate sales commission.
Credit analysis:
- Prepare and participate in external and internal audits
- Cooperate with service and logistics BKUs
- Ad hoc financial analysis and financial insights of AR aging, credit report, budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain Forecasts in Quantum
- Other related tasks as assigned
Experience
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or similar
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in credit control or AR
- Good knowledge in Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Fluency in English
