How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
- Improving service quality & functional capability across Technology
- Defining the quality standards of fixed services and processes by means of KPIs and SLAs in order to meet the customer satisfaction
- Preparing and tracking performance and quality dashboards of each service & process
- Performing deep dive analysis, highlighting the rootcauses and contact with related teams to be taken actions
- Build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight, allow for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and customer activity
- Following up quality related improvement actions and issues until they are fully completed and solved
- Assisting in implementing industry best practices
- Conducting cross functional companywide project / programs
You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:
- BSc/MSc in Electronics & Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related departments,
- Proven experience in big data technologies is - Bigdata, Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, Python, SQL
- Good understanding of Automation and Visualization platforms like Tableau, SAP BO.
- Significant experience in Fixed Access & Broadband technologies, products and services
- Experience on E2E Services Performance and Quality Management
- Excellent Project/Program Management skills
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
- Significant experience in customer improvement programs
- Good leadership capabilities to lead projects and work groups to successful completion
