We are now looking for Junior Developers to join our highly skilled team of professionals. We are starting our Junior program in August 2023 to support juniors in their growth of becoming experts in their own area. During the one-year program, you'll become a close-knit part of our community, enhance your skillset in software development, consulting and project work in general. During this time, you'll get to know the different customers and industries we work with.
And what do we do at Neomore? We design and develop applications on top of all SAP solutions. We support our customers operations and bring added value with the new technologies and better user experience. We value long-term customer relationships and the solutions we have implemented support day-to-day operations of Finland's largest companies.
You'll become an important part of our highly skilled UX & Application Innovation team. Your team consists of a diverse set of roles: UI and Backend Developers, Technical and Solution Architects.
In the junior program you'll be working closely with your own mentor, who is a more senior member of your own team and in the same competence area. Your mentor will be your go-to person throughout the junior year, and you'll get to grow your competences with them by sharing the same projects. We work in close cooperation with our customers in implementation projects creating applications to meet customers diverse needs in a user-centered and functional way. Our developers and customers tight-knit cooperation is something that really differentiates us in the market.
After a year in our junior program, you'll be able to work independently as a part of a project team as a developer and communicate proficiently with the customers. You are familiar with our customers operations and how things roll there. It will be natural for you to continue the project work you have already started and jump into new ones!
Your skills & experience
- Familiar with the basics of programming, such as, Javascript, Java, Python, C# or .Net
- You have developed your programming skills in school or through work experience
- Fluent in English
For you to be able to excel in the junior program, you need to be a team player who isn't afraid to try, fail, communicate and improve. We appreciate your input and want to develop ourselves as well! The most important quality is your attitude and motivation towards learning new skills and growing your expertise.

Your homebase will be at Espoo, which is also where your mentor is located. Since we are working in a hybrid model, you'll be able to cooperate at the office and also via Teams
