[About the role and team]

We are seeking a dynamic Controlling & Order Management Professional that will take a responsibility for end to end controlling for orders, including pre-sales, execution and financial oversight.

[Your tasks and responsibilities]

  • Sales Commercial
  • Support in bidding process; review contract related documents.
  • Risk evaluation & control from commercial/financial aspects
  • Contract/Order processing & follow-up

  • Order Execution
  • Process customer orders into the ERP system in an efficient and timely manner to fulfill the customer order at the requested date in line with company guidelines.
  • Monitor back orders, check order delivery dates, and send confirmation to customers, coordinate with customer, factories, and project management throughout the execution of the contract.
  • Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project.
  • Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of project books and records and keeping our systems updated, e.g. SAP and ensure compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines.
  • Maintaining auditable records.

  • BU commercial
  • Ensure all commercial processes and document control follow the appropriate company standards and governance.
  • Risk and opportunity management: identify risks and opportunities, define, and implement appropriate measures to optimize business results.
  • Provide on-going financial planning analysis, tools and reporting systems to support the development of strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Manage local monthly forecast and annual budget processes.
  • Conduct financial reviews, for balance sheet and P&L impact.

[Your qualifications]

  • 3 years’ experience in finance and Order Management related roles including 1 year experience of SAP practice.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
