Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical and receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Handle invoices, billing and coordinate with Accounting Department.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Managing Vendors, Billing, and coordinating with the accounts department.
- Provide support in logistics.
- Handle procurement requirements.
- Manage correspondence and work with the PRO.
- Provide support to the Project site as necessary
- Maintaining the office and its equipment in a safe manner.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
- Provide support to HR in the documentation and staff coordination
- Coordinate with the HO any relevant Qatar policies and announcements
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Profile:
- More than two years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school degree; bachelor degree in an advantage
